This delicious mango milkshake is ready in no time. It is a firm favourite of kids and an easy way to make them have milk.
“Can be enjoyed all year round with mango pulp”
By using mango pulp you can enjoy this delectable drink all year round. You can freeze the mango pulp during mango season or use the mango pulp available in shops.
Make sure to use very chilled milk for making this shake as without cold milk it will not taste the same.
You can use sugar as per guidelines in the recipe card or as per your taste. Also, the amount of sugar used will vary according to the sweetness of mango as well, so make sure you taste the sweetness of mango pulp before adding sugar.
I have used kesar mango pulp but you can use alphanso mango pulp as well.
Many people suggest adding fresh cream or mango/vanilla ice cream to this mango milkshake, but personally I feel that if you use whole milk it will taste delicious without adding any of this. Also adding more cream/ice cream will increase the amount of calories for this drink.
You can also add some thinly sliced nuts like almonds and cashews but since I like this drink smooth without any bits, I haven't added any nuts to this recipe.
