• In a large bowl add broccoli florets that are cut it into evenly sized pieces.
• To this add extra virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice, red chilli flakes and black pepper powder.
• Mix well ensuring each broccoli floret is well-coated with the seasoning
• Place parchment paper over baking sheet
• Evenly spread broccoli florets over the parchment paper in a single layer
• Roast in a pre-heated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 mins or until they are golden and tender but still have a slight crunch to them.
• Remove from the oven and serve hot.
