Step-by-step instructions with photos for Tomato Salsa:

In a bowl add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, Jalapeño peppers or green chilli, cilantro, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper powder, lime juice, mix well and keep aside.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium setting.

Tomato salsa dip - Method 2

Add olive oil, garlic cloves, dried red chilli, peeled onion and tomatoes and cook.

Remove dried red chilli when it changes colour and becomes a little darker to avoid it from burning.

Cook garlic and onions till they turn golden brown.

Cook tomatoes till they turn soft and their skin starts peeling and getting charred.

Let dried red chilli, garlic, onions and tomatoes cool down.

Add cooled dried red chilli, garlic, onions and tomatoes to a blender.
